Blackhound employees were driving through northern Pennsylvania when they got the call from a Virginia Dealer regarding an upcoming hearing by the Frederick County Board of Commissioners where they sought approval for a new outdoor range to accent their retail store.
Abandoning their plans, our employees drove through torrential weather to be on hand for support, assistance and anything else the Dealer might need throughout the very long and arduous hearing.

Joined in support of the Dealer were a delegation from the National Rifle Association, headquartered 50 miles east in Fairfax, VA.
While the public response was a mixture of favorable and disagreeable during the hearing, all attendees were able to make their voices heard, and showed just how civil local government could be.
